TBM is a consulting group that specializes in operations consulting and supply chain consulting for manufacturers and distributors. They are also one of many clients I’ve worked with that is a 3-letter acronym. I lead this client through a complete rebrand from top to bottom. We started with a branding workshop where we worked through personality and positioning, as well as the visual direction they would like to go. Over the next few months we hit everything. Logo, brand standards, messaging, case studies, sell sheets, letterhead, business collateral, promotions, website and the list goes on and on. A once bland and monotone company has evolved into a bright and vibrant firm with an eye on speed and rapid delivery.
