The National Center for the Middle Market provides knowledge, leadership, and innovative research on the U.S. Middle Market and is a collaboration between The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and Chubb. At the onset it was a branch partnership with GE. And as such, we worked closely with their team to establish a unique brand language. But the reality is, we are packaging insight and data. Lots and lots of data. These take many forms including research reports, infographics, annual reports, video, quarterly papers and content campaigns. All of which are house in the knowledge center of the website. The biggest challenge was creating an exciting, yet consistent and easily recognized brand language all while being able to showcase very detailed data research. Making the seemingly bland (at least to me) appear intriguing and easily digestible. Yum.
